April 27th, 2010

OakGlenn Vineyards & Winery sits on the very property established in 1859 by George Husmann, a man who greatly influenced the wine making industry in America. In fact, five rows of the original Norton grapes planted by Husmann are still cared for on the property. OakGlenn Winery is located in historic wine-making area of Hermann, Missouri and has a breathtaking view from the bluffs high above the Missouri River. Visitors can sample a wide range of dry, sweet, and semi-sweet wines that are available and listen to live music and events that take place on the grounds throughout the year.
