Coopers Oak Winery is located in the rural town of Higbee, Missouri on the grounds of A&K Cooperage, which manufactures oak barrels frequently used in wine production. There are limited varieties of wine available including the uniquely sweet “frozen on the vine” favorite Vidal Blanc Iceberg Icewine. Guests can also take home a bottle of some of the more popular wines including Toasted Oak, a dry wine mix of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Coopers Oak Winery also hosts many events throughout the year and guests are invited to attend.
