Those seeking a rich and organic experience should look no further than Claverach Farm and Vineyards in Eureka, Missouri. Taking it’s name from the Welch word for “Clover Fields,” this country estate grows clover in the vineyards to enrich the soil in an environmentally friendly way.

This family owned and operated establishment prides itself for its sustainable farming methods and seeks to produce the richest tasting hand-crafted wines available on the market today.

The Claverach Vineyard contains seven acres of Norton, Petite Verdot, Chambourcin, Seyval, and Vignier grapes and many of their wines are available in stores and restaurants throughout the St.
Louis area.
