Located in historic Ste. Genevieve, Cave Vineyard has just what its name suggests: a cave on the property. The Strussion family owns approximately 14 acres of grapes, which include Chardonel, Chambourcin, Traminette, and Cynthiana/Norton varieties.

The wine cellar is located in the cave itself, creating a natural environment for wine storage. Guests are welcome to take a seat and view the rolling hills of the countryside while sipping a glass of handcrafted Missouri wine. Picnic baskets are welcome on the property and visitors are invited to try the assortment of cheese and sausages available on site. A gift shop is also located on the premises for those seeking to take a bottle home or to give as a gift.
